When a client books in myAthenaAI, the appointment is written to that member of staff’s Google Calendar, so the time is reserved.
Their calendar blocks bookings
myAthenaAI reads their existing Google Calendar events, so the booking system never offers a time they’re already committed to elsewhere.
We request only the access needed for this feature and handle Google user data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Staff can disconnect at any time.
