What is myAthenaAI?

myAthenaAI is an AI employee for aesthetic and beauty clinics, built on top of a full clinic booking system. Athena handles the clinic’s messages, calls, bookings, deposits, forms, reminders, aftercare, reviews and content, working inside the clinic’s own diary and client records.

Why is there a waitlist?

Every clinic is set up by hand. Athena has to be trained on your treatments, your prices, your policies and your tone of voice, and your messaging channels have to be approved and connected before she can answer anything. We only take on the number of clinics we can install properly each month.

Who is it for?

Clinics in the United Kingdom and the United States where the practitioner is also the one answering the phone: aesthetic and injectable clinics, med spas, skin and laser, beauty salons, dental aesthetics, hair and transplant clinics, and practitioner-led health clinics such as chiropractic and podiatry. We install in both countries, a limited number at a time in each.

What does it cost?

We’re not publishing pricing while we’re in early access. If your clinic is a fit, we’ll walk you through the numbers before you commit to anything. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

What is the Smart Site?

The Smart Site is the client-facing website that comes with myAthenaAI. Every treatment gets its own page with its own prices, aftercare and booking button, so a client searching for one treatment lands on that treatment. Courses, bundles and add-ons are offered at the point of booking, every enquiry is traced back to the ad or search that produced it, and the pages are structured so AI assistants such as ChatGPT can read and quote them when someone asks for a clinic. Athena answers questions on the site as well.

Does Athena replace my receptionist?

She does the job nobody in the clinic has time for — the messages at eleven at night, the chasing, the follow-ups, the forms. Clinics with a receptionist use her to take the admin off them so they can look after the people in the room.

What do you do with my data?

We use your details to assess your application and contact you about early access. We don’t sell your data and we don’t pass it to third parties for their own marketing. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
