These terms cover your use of this website. It is run by myAthena AI Ltd (company number 17355764), 4a Roman Road, London E3 6RX (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Early access

• myAthenaAI is in early access. Applying puts your clinic in our queue. It doesn’t create a contract, commit you to buy anything or guarantee you a place.
• We decide which clinics to install and when, based on whether we can set them up properly. We may decline an application.
• Clinics that join the waitlist get three extra months free, added to their plan when they go live. We confirm this in writing, together with the plan it applies to, before you commit to anything.
• If you go ahead, your use of myAthenaAI will be covered by a separate customer agreement, which we’ll give you before you commit to anything.

What the site describes

The site describes myAthenaAI as we’re building it. Features, availability and how they work may change before or after your clinic is installed. Estimates from the calculator are illustrations based on the numbers and assumptions you enter, not a promise of results.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no submitting false applications, trying to break or overload it, or copying its content for commercial use. The text, design, images and the myAthenaAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, except where the law doesn’t allow that liability to be excluded — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law
