How to get help with myAthenaAI
Contact us
Email hello@myathenaai.com with your name, your clinic and what you need help with. A member of the team will get back to you.
Signing in
- Clinics sign in to myAthenaAI at manage.myathenaai.app, or in the myAthenaAI app on iPhone and iPad.
- Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a reset link.
- If a member of your team can’t sign in, the clinic owner or a manager can check their access in the dashboard, or email us.
Your data
- How we handle clinic and client data: App privacy policy.
- To ask us to delete your data: Data deletion.
- Google Calendar: staff can disconnect their calendar at any time. More on the platform page.
